Yes, if your location has been enabled with card ordering you will see this option in your dashboard under "Card Options"
Your Instant Card will work everywhere Visa is accepted in stores and online. You don't have to order a card with your name on it but, if you wish to have a more personalized card you can order one within the app.
Navigate to Card Options and Request a New Card.
Next find the option for I want a personalized card and follow the prompts within the app.
It is important to make sure that the address for your personalized card is accurate. It will pull what is listed on your Instant Account. Note: avoid shipping to PO Boxes
If there is a charge for ordering a personalized card, you will be required to accept the fee through the app.
- Instant provides each cardholder with their initial Instant Card as well as one replacement card every 12 months. If you exceed the number of allotted cards in that time period, you are subject to a Card Replacement Fee as detailed in your Fee Schedule.
- An expedited shipping option is available for a fee for certain fee schedules. This fee is listed during the order process in the app.
If you don't see the personalized card option in the Instant App, there's no need to worry! It will likely be available to you soon, so keep an eye out for it.
