[My Card](https://help.instant.co/card-holder?hsLang=en#my-card) # How do I connect a new Instant Card? ## Pairing a new Instant Card is easy through your account in the Instant app. **Follow these steps:** 1. Obtain a new Instant card 2. Sign in to your original Instant account - **DO NOT** create a new Instant Account 1. If you have forgotten your password, send yourself a Password reset link to your email account by going to Forgot password.  2. If you have forgotten your email address to login with, please contact Support and an agent will assist you. 3. Once logged in, go to **Dashboard**, then **Card Options**, then **Connect a new Instant card.** 4. Follow the instructions on your App to either scan the barcode on your Instant welcome letter, or type in the Activation Code. Hit **Save**. 5. You will receive confirmation when the card successfully activates and your balance will transfer to the new card. 1. If the new card fails to activate, contact Support for assistance.
