Why can't I login to my Instant Back Office admin account?

There are a few reasons that may prevent you from accessing your admin account in the Back Office.

  1. Confirm with your Head Office Admin that you still have permissions assigned to the email you are using to log in.
    • Need permissions assigned? Organization using Instant Financial assign Admin permissions internally. 
      Note: If you contact Instant Support with a request for roles and we are unable to assign them, we will kindly refer you back to your organization for further assistance.
  2. Confirm that you are using the correct password.
    • If you forgot your password, use this link here to reset your password.
  3.  Confirm you're MFA device is active & that you are using the correct token for your Instant Back Office account
    • Haven't set up your MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) token yet? Click here for more instructions on how to set up your MFA token for login.
    • Receiving an "Invalid Token" or "Token Expired" message? Follow the steps here!
