How Can I Transfer Account Ownership to Franchise Operators?

At Instant, we want to be the reason that employees will join your franchise over others, but we understand that the ownership of locations can change over time according to your business' needs.

In order to ensure a smooth transition and that employees are aware that they may potentially lose out on the benefit of Instant at their location, we ask that you send an email to activation@instant.co giving us at least 10 business days notice before the locations are set to change hands.

We'll need the following details in order to assist:

  • All locations/entities that will be changing ownership
  • The name of the new franchise owner/operator
  • The effective date of transition

Note: If you are an Instant Tips customer that funds a float account via a Pre Authorized Debit agreement and need to lower your funding value due to having fewer locations, please send an email accounting@instant.co informing them of your new desired funding total.
