How Can I Transfer Account Ownership to Franchise Operators?

We understand that ownership of locations can change over time, but we want to be the reason employees choose your franchise.

In order to ensure a smooth transition and that employees are aware that they may potentially lose out on the benefit of Instant at their location, we ask that you send an email to giving us at least 10 business days notice before the locations are set to change hands.

We'll need the following details in order to assist:

  • All locations/entities that will be changing ownership
  • The name of the new franchise owner/operator
  • The effective date of transition

Note:  If you need to lower your funding value due to having fewer locations, please email  with your new desired funding total.
