How do I add a job to my Instant account?

If you are a re-hire, or are returning to work and your Job Position was removed from the Instant App, Follow these instructions:

  1. Sign in to your original Instant account (do NOT create a new one, your card and your previous job information is saved to your original account)
    • If you have forgotten the email you used to log in:
      - Search your email inboxes for any emails you may have received from Instant in the past. You can also reset your password from here:

  2. Go to Menu > Jobs
  3. From the Jobs screen, click the search window to type: search by your store address, the store name, or the store code associated with the location
  4. Once you've found the job location, enter any additional details (sometimes you enter position code, pay rate, etc), your job will be in Pending status.
    • Rule of thumb: Most job approvals happen within 2-3 days. If you are still Pending for Job Approval 3+ days, something may not be quite right - please ensure you have submitted all "onboarding paperwork" to your Manager in store, and then reach out to Instant Support if you need further assistance.
