If you are a re-hire, or are returning to work and your Job Position was removed from the Instant App, Follow these instructions:
- Sign in to your original Instant account (do NOT create a new one, your card and your previous job information is saved to your original account)
- If you have forgotten the email you used to log in:
- Search your email inboxes for any emails you may have received from Instant in the past. You can also reset your password from here:

- If you have forgotten the email you used to log in:
- Go to Menu > Jobs
- From the Jobs screen, click the search window to type: search by your store address, the store name, or the store code associated with the location
- Once you've found the job location, enter any additional details (sometimes you enter position code, pay rate, etc), your job will be in Pending status.
- Rule of thumb: Most job approvals happen within 2-3 days. If you are still Pending for Job Approval 3+ days, something may not be quite right - please ensure you have submitted all "onboarding paperwork" to your Manager in store, and then reach out to Instant Support if you need further assistance.
