You can check in the Settings section of the app to update your email. If you are not signed in, get in touch with Instant Support.
Follow these steps to update your email:
- Sign in to the Instant phone app or web app with your current email username and password: https://app.instant.co/
- Go to More > Settings > Account information > Login details > UPDATE EMAIL.
- Enter your new email address and confirm that email address and click UPDATE.
- A verification code will be sent to the original email address and then another sent to verify the new email address. Both codes will need to be entered into the app to change the email.
- If that email address is already in use or you are not getting the verification code, contact Instant support.
