How do I change my email login or username?

You can check in the Settings section of the app to update your email. If you are not signed in, get in touch with Instant Support. 

Follow these steps to update your email:

  1. Sign in to the Instant phone app or web app with your current email username and password:
  2. Go to More > Settings > Account information > Login details > UPDATE EMAIL.
  3. Enter your new email address and confirm that email address and click UPDATE
  4. A verification code and link will be sent to the new email address. If the link does not work, enter the verification code included in the email.
  5. If that email address is already in use, contact Instant support.
