How do I check the balance on my Instant account?

Your balance is in your Instant App.

• You have multiple ways to check the Balance of your Instant card. 

  1. Open the Instant app and view your Account Balance on the refreshed Dashboard screen.
  2. Sign in to the web version of the App at https://mobile.prd.beinstant.net/PreLoginPromptScreen to view your balance on the Dashboard.
  3. Call the number on the back of your card to listen to an automated read out of your balance and recent transactions.

  Possible Balance discrepancies:

  • You may have a pre-authorization. Learn about that in this FAQ
  • Recent transactions may not be visible on your App Dashboard yet.
