You have multiple ways to check the Balance of your Instant card.
- Open up your Instant app, allow the Dashboard screen to refresh and view the Account Balance displayed at the top left of your screen.
- If you do not have a smartphone, you can sign in to the web version of the App from any internet-enabled device and view your balance the same as 1) above. Sign in here: https://app.instant.co/welcome-login
- You can call the number on the back of your card and follow the prompt to select a language, then follow the prompt to listen to an automated read out of your balance. You can also hear a read out of recent transactions in this option as well.
Reasons your Balance may be different than you are expecting:
- You may have a pre-authorization. See article: How do pre-authorization holds work?
