When you created your Instant account, you entered your name, date of birth, phone number and address as part of on-boarding.
Check Name: Press the three bar symbol at the top left to expand the Menu panel. Your Name as it should appear when making purchases is at the top on the orange bar. If you think you have entered your name incorrectly, you will need to call the number on the back of your Instant card, follow the prompts to reach Account Support, and have your identity verified by an agent there. We will need to match your name to that listed on your photo ID that you uploaded during on-boarding.
Check Address: Press the three bar symbol at the top left to expand the Menu panel. Click Update personal info to see your address as you entered it at on-boarding. If you have entered it incorrectly or have moved, please update this information here on your App.
