How do I find my billing name and address?

During on-boarding for your Instant account, you provided your name, date of birth, phone number, and address.

Check Name or Date of Birth:

To update your name or correct your birth date, call the number on the back of your Instant card and follow the prompts to reach Account Support.

Your identity will be verified by an agent to match the name on your uploaded photo ID.

Check Address or Phone number:

  1. Go to Menu > Settings > Update personal info
  2. Before entering your updated address you will be prompted to enter your account password and may be prompted for the last 4 digits of your card
  3. You will receive an email that personal information was changed on your account
