How do I order more Instant materials and collateral for my location?

When your store first launched with Instant, you should have received all the necessary training and educational materials for your store (such as poster, brochures, tipping cheat sheet, depending on what program you subscribe to).

If you have run out of any of these materials, please reach out to the Instant Manager Support to request shipment of replenishment. 

How to place an Order:

  1. Send an email with a formal request for Instant materials to mgrsupport@instant.co. (Any requests not sent to mgrsupport@instant.co could result in a delayed shipment, please delete support@instant.co from your address book)
  2. Please include the total number of employees on your roster in-store, your shipping address including a contact name and phone number, and any other pertinent details.

Note: This email should not be sent from a personal email address, it should come from either the store email or the corporate email address of the GM in store. To ensure the request is coming from the right place, Instant Support has the right to ask you to resubmit the request from a corporate or store email. 


Additional Notes to be aware of:
  1. Instant will aim to pack & ship your materials within 7 business days of receiving your request but cannot guarantee a timeline. Instant will not ship overnight or Express complimentary. For these reasons, please plan ahead and keep track of your current inventory. 
  2. Instant will confirm receipt of your Instant materials order request via your initial email request - feel free to keep track of your Support request by the incident number that is assigned.
  3. Instant will confirm that your order has shipped and, if relevant, provide you with pertinent shipping tracking information via your initial email request thread.
  4. Please ensure your shipping address, zip code, and phone number are correct, and provide an ATTN name for shipping details. We will not accept responsibility for missed shipments if provided the incorrect shipping address or details.
