If a real-time bank transfer fails you will receive an in-app transfer failure message:

What do I do if my transfer fails after receiving successful transfers before ?

Don’t worry, it could be either of these reasons:

  • Your debit card may need to be renewed with us
    • Just try re-adding your card
  • Your debit card may be expired
    • Add your new debit card to your account.
