How do I set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for my Instant Back Office admin account?

MFA can be set up with a QR code when logging into Instant or through your profile settings.

Multi-Factor Authentication (or MFA) is used to enhance the security and protection of our clients, given the nature of our business.

To install it, you will need to download an Authenticator App from App Store or Google Play store.

If your company requires MFA, after your login screen you'll see a QR code to scan. Use your Authenticator App to scan the QR code, follow the instructions on the screen to pair the code and your account is secure.

To reset your MFA you will need to change your password to start the login process over again.

The Instant Support team is most familiar with Google Authenticator or Duo authenticator apps.
