Due to the personalized touch, these cards are made to order and may take 7-10 business days to get to you.
Here are some tips around ordering a personalized card
- Make sure you validated your address during the order process. Note: avoid shipping to PO Boxes
- You can check your order status in the app for the approximate delivery date. Go to Card Options and then Request a Card
- There is always an expedited option for a fee. This will send the card via 2 day FedEx and arrive 3-5 business days after placing the order.
If you did not get your card after the 10th business day reach out to Instant Support to validate the address or cancel the request to submit a new one
