      Release Notes - February 5, 2024

      Updated help center links on the dashboard, "Active" is now the default status for payments, built up features for card replacement fees, fixed an issue for real time transfer limits and resolved other known issues.

      • Updated the Instant Help Center links on the Back Office Dashboard to route to our new landing pages
        • For Cardholders : https://help.instant.co/card-holder
        • For Admins : https://help.instant.co/admins
      • Set "Active" to be the default status in the manual entry payment screen
      • Resolved an issue for multiple payroll payments not collecting all outstanding Instant Pay
      • Continued updates to card replacement processes and fee charges for situations where cardholders unnecessarily pair new cards
      • Fixed an issue with UKG Ready enrollment affecting some clients
      • Fixed an issue with Real Time Bank Transfer Limits that affected some cardholders
