      Release Notes - November 15, 2023

      Updates to card reordering fees, introduced census enrollment with UKG Pro, updated the Support screen for some clients and resolved a few known issues.

      • Locations with card shipping enabled now have one free card order per user, per year, and will be charged a fee for extra orders pursuant to the card holder agreement.
      • Census enrollment is now available for clients who use UKG Pro.  This allows employers to create accounts in the Instant system using the information from their HRIS or Payroll system.
      • Update to the Instant Back Office Support screen to show the correct support contacts for certain programs.
      • Resolved an issue where users were able to order cards even without an active job.
      • Resolved an issue where employees were incorrectly marked as inactive on the enrollment report.
      • Resolved an issue where the Instant Pay flag was not properly updating after a census file was received.
