1. Select "Forgot Password" from the first screen in your mobile app. This will ask you to enter an email* address associated with your account and send a password reset link.
2. You will receive an email. Click on "Reset your Password". Enter a new password and confirm it.
3. You must reset the password and go back to the App to login.
