Outstanding Instant Pays are those that you have not yet repaid with your paycheck.
If you have taken more Instant Pay offers than your net pay was able to recover - the Instant Pay feature is temporarily disabled, however, once you have repaid the outstanding Instant Pay amounts you will become eligible for offers again.
