MoneyPass ATM's should not charge you a fee for use. If you believe you were charged a fee in error by a MoneyPass ATM please follow the steps below:
1) Open up the MoneyPass ATM locator (also accessible by clicking here) and ensure the exact ATM address is listed as an available fee free ATM. If found, take a screenshot of the ATM and the address in the ATM locator.
2) Please open your Instant App, sign in and go to the Dashboard to take a screenshot of the fee(s) you received on your Instant account. Click here to sign in at the App web browser.
3) Please open a Chat window to connect with a live agent and be prepared to attach and send in both screenshots captured from step 1) and step 2).
4) The Instant support team will investigate the charges to determine whether the ATM was MoneyPass, and if any charge was made in error, your account will be refunded. Please allow 1-2 business days for any such case to be investigated.
