MoneyPass ATM's should not charge you a fee for use.
If you have been mistakenly charged a fee by a MoneyPass ATM, here are the steps you should follow:
- Check the MoneyPass ATM locator to confirm if the ATM address is listed as a fee-free ATM. If so, take a screenshot of the ATM and its address.
- Open the Instant App, sign in, and take a screenshot of the fees on your account's Dashboard. Click here to sign in at the App web browser.
- Open a Chat window to connect with a live agent and be prepared to attach and send in both screenshots captured from step 1) and step 2).
The Support Team will investigate and refund any charges made in error.
