# Why am I getting "Token Expired" when trying to login to my Instant App?

## This typically means you are using an expired password reset link. You must use the most recent one.

If you need to reset your password for your Instant App, we will send you a link to help you complete the reset process. These links can show up in your inbox in near real time or may be delayed several minutes depending on your emails delivery process. 

Please wait at least 15-20 minutes to receive the first password reset before triggering another one.

If you click on an old or expired link you will see "Token Expired". You must trigger another password reset.
