Why am I not receiving Instant Pay offers?

Eligibility for the Instant Pay offers can be dependant on a few different factors.

Here are some main reasons you are not receiving Instant Pay offers:

  1. You have a wage garnishment on your earnings - this could be something like student loans, child support, etc
  2. You have a deduction on your earnings - this could be something like a contribution to a health plan through work, or a retirement savings plan, etc.
  3. You have taken more Instant Pay offers than your net pay was able to recover - the Instant Pay feature is temporarily disabled, however, once you have repaid the outstanding Instant Pay amounts you will become eligible for offers again.
  4. If you have changed your payment method to something other than Instant, your Instant Pay feature will be disabled.

Good news!  Even if you are not receiving Instant Pay offers you can still get your paycheck on the Instant Card.
