Eligibility for the Instant Pay offers can be dependant on a few different factors.
Here are some main reasons you are not receiving Instant Pay offers:
- You have a wage garnishment on your earnings - this could be something like student loans, child support, etc
- You have a deduction on your earnings - this could be something like a contribution to a health plan through work, or a retirement savings plan, etc.
- You have taken more Instant Pay offers than your net pay was able to recover - the Instant Pay feature is temporarily disabled, however, once you have repaid the outstanding Instant Pay amounts you will become eligible for offers again.
- If you have changed your payment method to something other than Instant, your Instant Pay feature will be disabled.
- If your balance is negative due to a transaction being reversed
Good news! Even if you are not receiving Instant Pay offers you can still get your paycheck on the Instant Card.
