How can my employees avoid fees?

Employees have multiple ways to use Instant without incurring fees.

This article can be shared with employees and will help them avoid fees.

Your employees can:

1. Spend directly off the card at no cost. Process payments at the merchant (online or in-store), like any other credit or debit card.
2. Transfer to an external bank account:
   1. ACH Transfer: 1-2 business days (1 free per week)
   2. Real-time Bank Transfer: please review the card agreement for applicable fee amount  - lands within 30 minutes 
3. ATM cash withdrawal:
   1. Free from within our Partner ATM network - we have over 37,000 MoneyPass ATM's available for use - find the ATM locator on the MoneyPass website
4. Cash back at participating merchants at no charge. Instant does not charge for cash back, but double-check with the merchant that they do not charge you for their service.
