You can cancel a payment on the Payments tab in Back Office.
To cancel a payment:
- Login to the Instant Back Office
- Select Payments > View Previous Transactions
- Find your failed payment by filtering the Status to Failed
- Using the check box on the left hand side, select payment(s) to be canceled
- Click Cancel in bottom right corner of screen
- Confirm the cancelation
Remember if the payment is successful you can only reverse the transaction.
