How do I cancel a failed payment?

Login to the Instant Back Office

  1. Find your failed payment(s) in the Transaction History page
    1. Payments > View Previous Transactions
  2. Using the check box, select payment(s) to be canceled
  3. Click ‘cancel’ in bottom right corner of screen 
  4. Confirm the cancelation

Remember if the payment is successful you can only reverse the transaction.
