How do I cancel a failed payment?

You can cancel a payment on the Payments tab in Back Office.

To cancel a payment:

  1. Login to the Instant Back Office
  2. Select Payments > View Previous Transactions
  3. Find your failed payment by filtering the Status to Failed
  4. Using the check box on the left hand side, select payment(s) to be canceled
  5. Click Cancel in bottom right corner of screen 
  6. Confirm the cancelation

Remember if the payment is successful you can only reverse the transaction.
