What should I do if I don't see an employee listed in the manual entry screen?

If you cannot find a specific employe, it most likely means they have not completed the onboarding process at your location.

If you do not see the employee in your employee list, please do the following:

  1. Ensure the employee has created an Instant Account. If they have used Instant at another job location, please have them login in to their original account. Do not have them create another account.
  2. Have the employee add the job in the Instant app.
  3. Approve the employee at your location if manual or wait for the census to approve the employee if using an integration.
  4. Once the employee is approved, you can process payments for that employee.
