What do I do if my employee's card is expiring?

Your employee is responsible for picking up a new card from your location.

If your location is running low on cards, you can place an order through Manager Support. Make sure to place your order before you run out as it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for delivery.

Once your employee has their new card, they will need to add it to their Instant App by connecting their new Instant Card.
