Release Notes - October 2024

Updated some reporting and alerting for both cardholders and admins, added clarification screens within the app.

  • Added an ability for client admins to be alerted if a census file is not received in 36 hours. This needs to be updated by the Instant Team so if you are interested in this please reach out to Manager Support.  
  • Updated the details of a posted transfer to show the last 4 numbers of the receiving bank.  This is designed to help the cardholder quickly recognize where a transfer was sent.
  • Updated our Census Enrollment exceptions report to provide those clients utilizing it with more information on why an account was not created.  If you have questions about this report or wish to use it reach out to your Client Success Manager or Manager Support.
  • In the Instant App we will display an alert if a card is within 60 days from the expiry date.  We will share instructions on how to access funds before the card expires, how to connect a new card, and how they can still access funds after the card expires through bank transfers. What do I do if my Instant Card is expiring?
  • Corrected language that was occasionally showing when pairing a personalized card that there would be a fee.  That fee is charged upon ordering the card (if applicable) not pairing the card.
