Release Notes - September 2024
Updates to some of the messaging surrounding creating and resetting a password. Added an alert that you cannot pair a card with a zero dollar balance to a mobile wallet. Updated alert when a payment reversal fails.
- Set up a message reminder for a cardholder who ordered a personalized card more than 3 weeks ago and still has not activated it. This alert will be via email as well as an in app alert. The notification is show ever time a user logs in in or restarts the app. To remove it they will need to connect the personalized card they ordered
- Updated the alert display for cardholders who attempt to reset their password using an expired link, ensuring it appears earlier in the password reset process
- Updated the language in the app for a cardholder who is trying to provision an Instant Card to their account with a $0.00 balance. Cards can only be provisioned if there is a balance. - Updated the language for when a reversal fails to let a manager know the reversal failed due to insufficient funds on the card holder account. More information on reversals can be found here Reversing a transaction
- Cardholders are charged re-card fees in accordance with their fee schedules. More information can be found here Card Replacement Fee
- Added a reminder when creating a password in the Instant App to not re-use an existing one or the same password as other applications.
- Added the option to connect a card under "More" --> "Settings". Cards can also be added under "Card Options" from the dashboard
- Updated the connect card screen to clarify that activating a personalized card is free of charge. However, please note that if a replacement card beyond your annual allotment is needed, fees will apply at the time of ordering the card. Read more about that here. Card Replacement Fee Charge
- Updated the screens for some users at Instant Tips and Instant Pay locations to elect or change their payroll preferences on Instant.
- Added Employee ID as a column into the Payments report in the Instant Back Office
- Fixed an issue with resetting passwords on accounts with Back Office Admin permissions
